Packaging Firm Opens New Conversion Plant

Itua Pack Limited, a packaging company has set up a flexible material conversion plant. In a statement signed by Kayode Aruya, senior print technologist with Itua Pack, explained that the company was established over two decades ago for the sales and service of packaging machines in Nigeria.
"Over the years, we discovered that our customers need good quality flexible materials to operate with our packaging machines, thus, we decided to set up a flexible material conversion plant," he said.
Aruya explained that Itua Pack handles flexible packaging materials from the beginning to the end as it has a team of well experienced designers and print technologists capable of turning the demands of its customers' ideas to flexible packaging that make their product appealing, inviting and thereby attract sales.
The senior print technologist explained further that the conversion plant is recently installed to compliment and expand its scope of services to include; slitting from Jumbo to narrow reels, flexographic printing up to four colours, unwinding and rewinding of reels and printing aluminum foils, films paper laminates self-adhesive labels and tea bags.
The statement said that with the acquisition of this new conversion plant to compliment the packaging machines, Itua Pack is poised to extend its various services to corporate organisations in the confectionery, pharmaceutical, food and cosmetic industries.
