PHCN Privatisation Suspended

The Federal Government has suspended the privatisation of the Power Holding Company of Nigeria (PHCN) and redeployed its boss Joseph Makoju. Edmund Daukoru, Minister of Energy said “The power supply situation in the country is very bad and it gives everybody concern. So, the President is determined to address that as a matter of urgency. Asking Makoju to go back there means he has confidence in him to deliver”.
